The problem
Your engineers, scientists, lawyers and consultants are promoted for their expertise. Then the job changes. They are judged on whether a board, a client or a committee can act on what they know, often in a language that isn't their first. Their English is rarely the problem. Structure, register and delivery under pressure are.
General language training does not fix this. Presentation-skills days rarely survive contact with a real executive committee. What works is diagnosis of each person, structures they can rely on under pressure, and rehearsal of the situations they actually face.
What you can show your leadership
Most communication training reports attendance and satisfaction scores. Every Darcy Quinn programme starts and ends with a Communication Signature assessment for each participant, on six dimensions.
At the close you receive an aggregated team report showing where the group moved and where further development will have most effect. Individual results are shared with the sponsor only with each participant's consent.

A fixed-scope first step: an evidence-based picture of how a group communicates, and where development will pay off.

A 6–8 week group programme for 6–8 people facing similar situations: specialists stepping into leadership, client-facing teams, managers presenting upwards.
From €7,500 per cohort of up to 8
One-to-one preparation for a small number of senior people ahead of a defined moment: a promotion, a board role, a major negotiation or a public role.
From €3,200 per participant
Fees exclude VAT where applicable. Final scope and fee are confirmed in a written proposal.
How a programme runs
30 minutes, no charge. The group, the situations they face, the outcome you need.

Communication Signature assessment and a 1:1 diagnostic for each participant.
Workshops or 1:1 sessions built around real situations, with rehearsal in The Studio between sessions.
Re-assessment, team report and a debrief with the sponsor.

Darcy Quinn is an executive communication specialist working with international professionals. A native British English speaker who has lived in 17 countries, she works with people whose expertise is not yet being heard at the level it deserves.
