- How do you show that anything changed?
- Every participant is assessed at the start and at the close on the same six dimensions: Clarity, Credibility, Integrity, Composure, Influence and Adaptability. Each score cites the participant's own words as evidence. You receive an aggregated team report showing where the group moved, not an attendance list.
- Will people be marked down for their accent or for speaking more slowly in their second language?
- No. The assessment scores what people say, from a transcript of their answers. Accent, pronunciation, pace and pauses are never scored. Many participants work in their second or third language; the assessment is built so that this does not count against them.
- What English level do participants need?
- These programmes are for people who already work in English at a professional level. If someone would benefit more from general language training first, the diagnostic will show it and we will tell you.
- Who sees individual results?
- Each participant sees their own. The sponsor receives aggregated team results. Individual results are shared with the sponsor only with that participant's consent.
- Can we start small?
- Yes. The Team Communication Diagnostic is a fixed-scope first step for up to eight people. It tells you where development will pay off before you commit to a programme.
- How is it invoiced?
- In euros, with VAT added where applicable. Purchase orders are accepted, and payment terms are agreed at scoping. Scope, schedule and fee are confirmed in a written proposal.
- We already use an AI coaching tool. Why would we need this?
- General AI coaches help managers decide what to say. We work on whether it lands: in English, under pressure, in front of people more senior than them. That starts with a human diagnostic of each person's communication, measured on six dimensions, with The Studio as the private space to rehearse between sessions. It sits alongside the tools you have; it does not replace them.
